Nothing makes for a great ride as much as a lot of noise.
It’s great to hear the whistles, shouts, vuvuzelas, klaxons and all that. But best of all are the cycling sound systems – great to dance along to. Great to attract attention.
We love to hear all the sound systems – please do bring them! Just be aware that the use of PA equipment or amplification near Parliament Square should be avoided as it is not legal.
That means you should turn off any sound amplification for the sections of ride going past the Houses of Parliament, or along Parliament Street, Parliament Square, Bridge Street, New Scotland Yard, and Victoria Embankment south of the MoD.
