Pre-Ride Clothing-Optional Social, Party & Flagmaking

Come for all or part of the evening! The main activities will be:

• Flag Making 4pm to 7pm
• Pre-Ride Social 6pm to midnight
• Dancing 10pm to midnight

Socialise with WNBR London organisers, marshals, participants, supporters, friends and anyone else (over 18) who wants to join us.

Buy WNBR memorabilia, make flags and make new friends.

It will be a great experience if you are new to WNBR or nervous about the ride.

Have fun and remember to be respectful of all other guests

• no bad or alarming behaviour,
• no unwelcome interaction,
• no sexual activity!

Here are some tips:

• It’s a clothing-optional event, so you won’t be out of place with clothes on.
• Drinks are sold at the venue, so outside drinks are not permitted.
• The venue does not serve food so outside food or takeaways are permitted!
• There’s no cloakroom so attendees are responsible for their belongings at all times!
• There’s no place to store bikes inside so we suggest you use public transport and get home safely!

Eventbrite is a very popular, well-established ticketing system. We sometimes hear about people not getting tickets and mailings from Eventbrite because your email provider has failed to deliver it. For that reason we recommend you sign up for a free account on Eventbrite so that you can log in and find your tickets and information about events. You can alternatively obtain tickets without an account.

If there is some reason why you cannot book by Eventbrite, message us and we’ll see if there is some other way.
